CORE in Motion
Kettlebell Swing Challenge
Every swing moves survivors toward freedom.
Strength shows up one swing at a time. From April 1 to April 30, I’m committing to 30,000 kettlebell swings, 1,000 a day with a 53 lb. kettlebell, to highlight the strength it takes to overcome sex trafficking and to raise support for survivors served by REST.
With every swing, I’m inviting you to stand with survivors and help provide the support they need to rebuild their lives.
Your gift today helps fund:
-24/7 hotline support & outreach
-Community advocacy & mental health services
-Emergency shelter & housing assistance
Make Every Swing Count
The Challenge Before Us
In Seattle, thousands of people are exploited for sex on any given night, and a significant number are youth. Survivors face steep barriers to healing, including trauma, homelessness, addiction, and continued exploitation. They deserve a community ready to walk beside them toward freedom, safety, and hope.
How REST Shows Up
REST provides holistic, survivor-centered care designed to expand pathways to freedom, safety, and hope. We build stronger communities of support by partnering with local organizations, training frontline providers and community members, uplifting survivor leadership, and working with law enforcement and government to address the systems behind sex trafficking.
Swing into Action
Real change takes all of us. Through the CORE in Motion Kettlebell Challenge, every gift helps strengthen the network of care that supports survivors on their journey toward freedom, safety, and hope. Join the movement. Make every swing count. Donate today and be part of the change.
